No-Gin Dry-Jan Mocktail

 Ingredients

• 2 oz Soda Press Co. Pink Grapefruit Syrup
• 1.5 oz lime juice
• Slice of pink grapefruit
• Sprig of rosemary
• Fresh sparkling water

 Method

• Add the Soda Press Co. Pink Grapefruit syrup to a glass filled with ice.
• Add the lime juice, grapefruit slice and rosemary.
• Add fresh sparkling water
